Water showing up through your tile is never a good sign. It's one of those problems that's easy to dismiss at first - maybe you assume it's condensation, or a one-time spill. But when the moisture keeps coming back, something is leaking somewhere it shouldn't be.

That was exactly the situation here. The leak was making its way through the tile, but the actual source was tucked inside the wall where you'd never see it just by looking around. That's where leak detection comes in. We don't guess. We track it down.

Once we got into the wall and found the failed copper fittings, the damage told the whole story - heavy mineral buildup, corrosion, and active dripping at the joint. The fitting had been failing for a while. We cut out the problem section, replaced the fittings, and soldered everything back together properly. Clean joints, solid connections, done right.

This is the kind of repair that matters. A slow hidden leak doesn't just waste water - it soaks into the surrounding materials and creates bigger problems over time. Getting to the source fast keeps a manageable repair from turning into a much more expensive one.

If water is showing up somewhere it shouldn't, don't wait it out. Whether it's a drip under the sink or moisture coming through a wall or floor, we can find where it's coming from and fix it the right way.
