Sometimes a kitchen sink area just needs a full reset. Old faucet, worn-out drain hardware, piping that's seen better days - it all adds up. That's exactly what we walked into on this one.

We swapped out the faucet for a brushed nickel pull-down and matched the sink drain hardware to keep everything cohesive. The details matter here. Mismatched finishes are one of those small things that quietly bug homeowners every single day, so getting it all to coordinate makes a real difference in how the finished product feels.

Under the sink, we updated the drain piping to clean things up and make sure everything was flowing the way it should. We also handled the garbage disposal installation as part of the overall setup - getting that tied into the drain system correctly is important. A poorly connected disposal can cause slow drains, leaks, or worse down the road. When it's done right, you just don't have to think about it.

The goal with a job like this isn't just to make it look good from the top. It's to make sure the whole system - faucet, drains, disposal - is working together properly. That's what keeps small issues from turning into bigger headaches later on.

Kitchen plumbing touches pretty much everything you do in that room. Getting it dialed in is worth it.
